2 ripe avocados, halved, seeded, peeled & diced
2 slices of fresh pineapple (I guess canned is fine if you must..lol)
1 small tomato, diced
1 tbsp. fresh cilantro or parsley
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 tbsp. green onion, chopped
½ juice of a lemon
½ juice of a lime
- Lightly coat a grill pan with cooking spray; heat grill pan over medium heat. Add pineapple slices; cook 3-4 minutes on each side until heated through and a has golden grill marks. Fine chop pineapple.
- In a medium bowl combine all ingredients, mash and stir to the consistency you want. Personally, I like my guac chunky. Season with Tastic spice as little or as much as you like.
- Serve with tortilla chips, vegetables or a frisbee. Guacamole is good with everything!
