1 handful of spinach
1 frozen bananas
1 cup blueberries
½ tbsp. ground flaxseed (optional)
1 tbsp. chia seeds
1 tbsp. Tastic Sweet*
1 cup plain or vanilla yogurt
Your favorite toppings: I used granola, mangoes, hemp seeds
In a food processor or high speed blender, blend all the ingredients until smooth and creamy, adding more almond milk as needed.
Pour into a bowl and top with your favorite toppings.
