BACON BANANA BREAD WITH HONEY PEANUT DRIZZLE
INGREDIENTS
2 cups flour
½ cup sugar
¼ cup brown sugar
2 tbsps Tastic Sweet*
1 tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt
3 ripe (brown spots) bananas, mashed well
¼ cup sour cream
2 large eggs
¼ cup vegetable oil
1 cup cooked and chopped bacon
½ cup smooth peanut butter
¼ honey
DIRECTIONS

Preheat oven to 350.

Line a 9-inch loaf pan with parchment paper leaving an overhang on the two longer sides. Grease the parchment paper with cooking spray.

In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, brown sugar, baking soda and salt.

In a separate medium bowl, whisk together the mashed bananas, sour cream, eggs, vegetable oil and vanilla extract.

Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, mixing just until combined. Scrape the batter into the prepared loaf pan.

Bake the bread for 20 minutes. Remove from oven and evenly sprinkle the bacon on top of the bread. Return to oven and bake an additional 30-40 minutes until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.

While bread is baking mix peanut butter and honey together until well incorporated.
Remove bread from oven and let cool. Drizzle peanut mixture over the bread and serve it up!
