Cinnamon & Ginger
Makes 2
INGREDIENTS
10 carrots (1 lb.), scrubbed
1/2 medium cucumber
1 tablespoon peeled, chopped fresh ginger
1 teaspoon Tastic sweet*
DIRECTIONS
Place all ingredients in juicer and pour juice into a pitcher. Whisk in Tastic sweet. Serve.
Vital B Shake
Makes 3
INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup water
1 cup fresh squeezed orange juice
1 cup frozen or fresh blackberries
1/2 cup frozen or fresh raspberries
1 cup plain yogurt (I prefer Greek)
1 tablespoon bee pollen powder
1 teaspoon probiotic powder
DIRECTIONS
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Serve.
Beetroot Blend
Makes 2
INGREDIENTS
3 cups baby spinach
2 stalks celery, cut up
1 medium beets (8 oz.), scrubbed, peeled and quartered
1 Fuji or Gala apple, quartered (seeds removed)
2 tablespoons lemon juice
DIRECTIONS
Juice spinach, celery, beets and apple. Pour into a pitcher and add lemon juice. Serve.
Matcha Smoothie
Makes 3
INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 cups refrigerated unsweetened coconut milk
2 cups baby spinach
1 banana, cut up and frozen
2 teaspoons matcha
1 teaspoon bee pollen powder
1 cup ice cubes
DIRECTIONS
In a blender combine all ingredients and blend until smooth. Serve.
Clean Green Protein Smoothie
Makes 3
INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 cups refrigerated unsweetened almond milk
2 cups chopped kale
1 banana, cut up and frozen
2 tablespoons unsweetened almond butter
1/2 teaspoon spiraling powder
1 cup ice cubes
DIRECTIONS
In a blender combine all ingredients and blend until smooth. Serve.
