These were the best biscuits I've EVER made!

The 2nd class was even more informative. I put my own spin on the biscuits Chef suggested we make. Chef suggested we play with the recipes as well as informed us on the butter to ingredient ratio. Chef's Kiss, no pun intended. I made Cheddar and Chives so delicious & Mango and Strawberry biscuits. My goodness. None left. Thanks Chef
