THE BEET TO THE RHYTHM OF THE NIGHT JUICE
Depending on your love of ginger add more or less to your liking. Just remember, ginger is good for you 😊
- 3 medium beets
- 2 Granny Smith apples, quartered
- 1 – 3-inch fresh piece of ginger, peeled and chopped
- Juice of half a lemon
- Pass beets, carrots, apple and ginger through a juicer. Strain through a sieve into a bowl if you desire less pulp. Add lemon juice and mix to stir.
