THE BEET TO THE RHYTHM OF THE NIGHT JUICE

 Serves 2

MAJOR KEY:

Depending on your love of ginger add more or less to your liking.  Just remember, ginger is good for you 😊

 

INGREDIENTS

  • 3 medium beets
  • 2 Granny Smith apples, quartered
  • 1 – 3-inch fresh piece of ginger, peeled and chopped
  • Juice of half a lemon

 

DIRECTIONS

  1. Pass beets, carrots, apple and ginger through a juicer. Strain through a sieve into a bowl if you desire less pulp.  Add lemon juice and mix to stir.
  2. Bottoms up!

  • I don’t have a juicer, could I blend this in my vitamix then strain and mix with lemon juice?
