TASTIC SWEET OVERNIGHT OATS
INGREDIENTS
- 1/3 cup vanilla yogurt (or plain)
- ½ cup your favorite oats
- ½ cup your favorite milk (whole, almond, etc.) – Use 2/3 cup if you don’t want it thick
- 1 tbsp. chia or hemp seeds (optional)
- 1 tbsp. Tastic Sweet*
- 1-2 tbsp. honey (not necessary if you use vanilla yogurt)
- ½ of your favorite chopped berries
- Favorite sliced fruit for garnish
DIRECTIONS
- Whisk together all ingredients in a medium-sized bowl. Spoon into a container with a lid.
- Close and refrigerate for at least 4 hours but preferable overnight.
- When ready to eat garnish with fresh sliced fruit.
- Enjoy!
