Tastic Sweet Overnight Oats

TASTIC SWEET OVERNIGHT OATS

 

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/3 cup vanilla yogurt (or plain)
  • ½ cup your favorite oats
  • ½ cup your favorite milk (whole, almond, etc.) – Use 2/3 cup if you don’t want it thick
  • 1 tbsp. chia or hemp seeds (optional)
  • 1 tbsp. Tastic Sweet*
  • 1-2 tbsp. honey (not necessary if you use vanilla yogurt)
  • ½ of your favorite chopped berries
  • Favorite sliced fruit for garnish

DIRECTIONS

  1. Whisk together all ingredients in a medium-sized bowl. Spoon into a container with a lid.
  2. Close and refrigerate for at least 4 hours but preferable overnight.
  3. When ready to eat garnish with fresh sliced fruit.
  4. Enjoy!
