Tastic Sweet Overnight Oats




1/3 cup vanilla yogurt (or plain)

½ cup your favorite oats

½ cup your favorite milk (whole, almond, etc.) – Use 2/3 cup if you don’t want it thick

1 tbsp. chia or hemp seeds (optional)

1 tbsp. Tastic Sweet*

1-2 tbsp. honey (not necessary if you use vanilla yogurt)

½ of your favorite chopped berries

Favorite sliced fruit for garnish


  1. Whisk together all ingredients in a medium-sized bowl. Spoon into a container with a lid.
  2. Close and refrigerate for at least 4 hours but preferable overnight.
  3. When ready to eat garnish with fresh sliced fruit.
  4. Enjoy!
