SMOKED SUNDRIED TOMATO BUTTER
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup soften butter
- 1/2 cup small chopped sundried tomato
- 2 tbsps smoked herbs de Provence
- 1 - 2 tsps ramp salt
NOTE: I know these aren't the easiest ingredients to find. So feel free to find some substitutes. Instead of ramp salt you can try celery salt or a grey salt. Instead of smoked herbs de Provence you can try dried basil and paprika mixed together.
DIRECTIONS
1. Mix everything together well in a bowl.
2. Store in an airtight container. It will last refrigerated for 3 weeks.
