THE KEY THOUGH CHALLENGE DAY 10 - JOIN THE SLEEP CLUB
Welcome to the Sleep Club. You're going to think I'm crazy, but a bigger focus than workouts this week is sleeping. Not only is the amount you're getting important, but (once again) the consistency of it is critical for you reaching your goals. There's a super-strong connection between sleep and exercise.
Tonight, embrace these three rules—and try to keep them going throughout the rest of the challenge (and beyond).
Rules of The Sleep Club:
- Head to bed at the SAME time every night.
- No cell phones for 45 to 60 minutes before sleep time. (There's legit science behind this rule.)
- When the alarm goes off, get up! I'll give you one snooze—I always need it—but then up and out you go!
