ROASTED BRUSSELS SPROUTS WITH NECTARINE AND NUTS
INGREDIENTS
- 1 lb. brussels sprouts, trimmed
- 4 slices bacon, cut into ½-inch pieces
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 1 nectarine, diced into small cubes
- 1 tsp. Tastic original*
- 2 tbsps. chopped nuts, (optional)
- ½ cup balsamic vinegar
DIRECTIONS

Preheat oven to 400.

Place brussels sprouts in a medium bowl, with bacon and nectarine. Drizzle on olive oil and add Tastic spice. Toss to coat evenly and place on a lined baking sheet in a single layer.

Roast in preheated oven until bacon is crispy and brussels sprouts are caramelized about 35-45 minutes. Be sure to stir halfway through.

In a small saucepan add balsamic vinegar and reduce by half.

Once brussels sprouts are done, remove from oven and place on serving platter. Sprinkle with nuts, drizzle with reduced vinegar and serve.
