Purple Broth Smoothie

PURPLE BROTH SMOOTHIE

Servings 1

Major Key: You can substitute fresh fruits or veggies for frozen, just read the label to make sure you're not getting extra salt. 

 

INGREDIENTS

1 red beet, peeled (raw or cooked is fine but it should be chilled, or at room temperature)

12 blackberries

14 cherries, pitted

30 blueberries

1/3 banana

1 tablespoon chia seeds

2 teaspoons coconut oil

8 ounces chicken bone broth

 

DIRECTIONS

1. Combine all ingredients in a blender.

2. Blend until smooth and drink to your health!
