Purple Broth Smoothie

PURPLE BROTH SMOOTHIE

Major Key: You can substitute fresh fruits or veggies for frozen, just read the label to make sure you're not getting extra salt. 

 

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 red beet, peeled (raw or cooked is fine but it should be chilled, or at room temperature)
  • 12 blackberries
  • 14 cherries, pitted
  • 30 blueberries
  • 1/3 banana
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 2 teaspoons coconut oil
  • 8 ounces chicken bone broth

DIRECTIONS

1. Combine all ingredients in a blender.

2. Blend until smooth and drink to your health!
