OPEN FACE CRANBERRY CURRY TURKEY SALAD SANDWICH
INGREDIENTS
- 1 ½ cups diced or shredded leftover turkey
- ½ cup diced apple (peeled or unpeeled)
- ½ cup mayo
- 1 ½ tsp Tastic spice*
- ½ tsp curry powder
- ¼ tsp ground ginger
- 1 medium stalk celery, chopped (1/2 cup)
- 2 green onion, chopped (2 tbsp)
- ¼ cup Tastic Cranberry chutney*
- 2 pieces of butter lettuce
- 2 slices of your favorite sandwich bread (Optional: toast bread)
DIRECTIONS

In a medium bowl, mix all ingredients except chutney and bread.

Place lettuce on two slices of bread.

Spoon the turkey salad evenly on two slices of bread.

Evenly spoon cranberry chutney on each slice of bread.
