1 cup flour
¼ tsp salt
1 ½ tsps. baking powder
1 tbsp melted butter
½ cup milk
1 egg, beaten
½ tsp vanilla
1 ¼ cups applesauce
2 clementines, peeled and pulled apart
1 rosemary sprig
¾ cup honey
3 tbsps butter
1 tbsp. Tastic Sweet*
Sift flour, salt and baking powder into a medium mixing bowl.
Combine butter, milk and egg in separate bowl.
Stir egg mixture into dry ingredients.
Add vanilla, applesauce and mix well.
Spoon batter into a hot, well-greased griddle. When bubbles start to form flip and cook until golden.
In a small skillet add honey, butter, clementine, Tastic Sweet and rosemary and warm over low heat until butter melted. Stir to combine. Pour as little or as much as you want over the pancakes.
