Mississippi Sin Deviled Eggs

 MISSISSIPPI SIN DEVILED EGGS

MAJOR KEY: You do not have to use an immersion blender, but it gives a very smooth consistency which is perfect for piping. Also, feel free to swap out the hot sauce or other types of heat: Sriracha, chili paste, etc.

INGREDIENTS

  • 12 hard-boiled eggs , peeled
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ounces cream cheese
  • 2 tbsps sweet relish
  • 1/4 cup diced cooked bacon
  • 2 tbsp finely chopped parsley
  • 1/4 cup cheddar cheese, finely diced
  • 1 tbsp hot sauce, or more if you like heat
  • Tastic Spice, to taste
  • Garnish ideas: Paprika, cayenne, flat leaf parsley, scallions, bacon chip, fried sage

DIRECTIONS

1.  Cut eggs in half and remove yolks placing them in a medium-sized bowl.

2.  Add mayonnaise, relish and cream cheese to the egg yolks and use an               immersion blender to puree them until the mixture is smooth.

3.  Add bacon, cheese and parsley to the mixture and stir together.

4.  Add hot sauce and Tastic to taste.

5.  Place the mixture in a piping bag and pipe bag into eggs. If you don't have a       piping bag you can use a spoon to fill the eggs.

6.  Garnish with paprika or preferred garnish.

7.  Become the designated "deviled egg maker" for all future barbecues 🙌
