GOOD-FOR-YOU TURMERIC SMOOTHIE
INGREDIENTS
- 1 tbsp. Tastic Sweet*
- 1 cup frozen mango
- 1 cup frozen pineapple
- 1 ½ cups cold water
- 1 tsp. coconut oil
- 1 tsp. turmeric paste (see below)
- 1 tsp. peeled, chopped fresh ginger

DIRECTIONS

Put all the ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth. Pour and devour!
TURMERIC PASTE
- ¼ cup turmeric powder
- ½ cup water
- ¼ cup honey
- 1 tsp. black pepper
- 1 tsp. Tastic Sweet*
- 1 tsp. ground ginger
DIRECTIONS

Mix the turmeric and water in a pan over low heat, stirring until a paste is formed.

Once you have a paste, remove from heat and stir in the black pepper, honey, Tastic Sweet and ground ginger.

Cool and store in a glass container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks or freeze. Use in smoothies or add warm milk for turmeric tea.
