- 1 Green tea bag (your favorite green tea)
- 1 Cinnamon stick
- 1 2 apple slices
- 1 lemon wedge (optional)
- Bring 8 ounces of water to a boil. Add water to your favorite mug and add all ingredients.
- Let steep for at least 30 minutes. Drink 1-2 cups per day.
- TIP: Make in big batches. The longer the tea bags steep; the more effective it will be ☺
