- 1 bunch fresh mint
- ¼ cup sugar
- 1 ¾ cups your favorite rum
- 1 cup cranberry juice
- 1 cup lime juice
- 2 cups of ginger ale
With a pestle or wooden spoon, mash mint and sugar in the bottom of a pitcher.
Add rum and lime juice; stir to dissolve sugar.
Mix in cranberry juice and ginger ale. Serve with a garnish of fresh mint and/or lime wedge.
