Chilli and Garlic Broccolini

CHILLI AND GARLIC BROCCOLINI

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 bunches broccolini, trimmed
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, thinly sliced
  • 1 long red chilli, seeds removed, chopped

DIRECTIONS

  1. Steam or blanch broccolini for 2-3 minutes until just tender. Drain and refresh. Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add garlic and chilli. Cook for 1-2 minutes until garlic just starts to colour. Add broccolini, season well, then toss to warm through.
